Automatic Callback ($3.00 per month)

Automatic Callback allows you to reach busy numbers. Also, you can redial the last number dialed from your phone. To activate Automatic Callback if you reach a busy number:

1. Hang up
2. Lift the receiver again and dial *66(Rotary dial 1166).
3. Hang up or listen to the recorded announcement.
4. The busy line will be checked for 30 minutes. When the busy line becomes free, you will hear a special ring on your phone.
5. When you answer, it will automatically ring the line you were trying to call.
You may also dial *66 to re dial the last number called from your line. To deactivate Automatic Callback dial *86 (Rotary dial 1186).



Automatic Recall ($3.00 per month)

Automatic Recall allows you to connect to the number that just called you, whether you answered the phone or not. To activate Automatic Recall:

1. Dial *69 (Rotary dial 1169)
2. Follow the recorded instructions.

If the line is busy, listen to the announcement, then hang up. When the line becomes free, you will receive a special ring. When you pick up the receiver, the number will automatically be dialed. To Deactivate Automatic Recall dial *89 (Rotary 1189).

Caller ID ($5.50 per month)

Caller ID allows for the automatic delivery of the calling party's telephone number on a display unit or special telephone that you may purchase from us. Your telephone number will appear to people you are calling if they subscribe to this service and have the proper equipment. This feature allows you to identify incoming calls before answering.

You may deactivate Caller ID-per call by dialing *67 (Rotary 1167) which blocks your number to the party you are calling (this deactivation feature is free of charge and available to all our subscribers). You may also subscribe to Caller ID per line blocking. This feature automatically blocks the delivery of your telephone number to the called party unless you dial *82 (Rotary 1182), to unblock the delivery of your number before each call.

Anonymous Call Rejection (No charge)

Anonymous Call Rejection allows you to reject private numbers. If you subscribe to Anonymous Call Rejection and the caller does not allow their number to be recognized, they will hear a recorded announcement telling them the number you have reached is not accepting calls from private numbers.

To eliminate telemarketing or sales calls, this is the feature for you! By combining Caller ID and Anonymous Call Rejection, you will know every caller even before you pick up your phone. To activate Anonymous Call Rejection simply dial *77 (Rotary dial 1177). To deactivate your Anonymous Call Rejection feature, dial *87 (Rotary dial 1187).

Call Trace ($2.00 per use)

Call Trace is available on a per-call basis (additional charges apply) to all of our telephone subscribers. When you receive an offensive call you would like traced:

1. Hang up the phone.
2. Lift the receiver and dial *57 (Rotary dial 1157).

The number will be reported to our offices. It is essential that call trace is done immediately after you hang up from the offensive call. Also, the time of day must be noted. Now, contact your local police department for further assistance. Traced call information can only be provided to Law Enforcement Agencies, not to the subscriber.

Call Waiting ($1.75 per month)

Call waiting allows you to accept another call while you are on your phone. If someone calls you when you are on the phone, you may choose one of these options:

1. Depress the receiver button for about one (1) second. Your first call is put on hold, and you are connected to your second caller. You may go back and forth between each caller by depressing and releasing the receiver button.
2. Hang up ending your first call. Your phone will ring and upon picking up the receiver, you will be connected to the second caller.
3. Ignore the call waiting tones and continue with your conversation. You will not be interrupted, however, your second caller may think you are not at home as they will hear a normal ringing signal.

To "turn off" the call waiting feature, dial *70 (Rotary dial 1170). When you hear the dial tone again, place your call. Your call waiting is canceled for the duration of your call. Call waiting will reactivate after you hang up. If you are already on a call, you must have three-way calling to cancel call waiting. Depress the receiver button when you hear the dial tone. Dial *70 (Rotary 1170), then depress the receiver button to return to your call. Call waiting is canceled for the duration of your call. Call waiting will reactivate when you hang up.

Selective Call Acceptance ($2.00 per month)

Selective Call Acceptance allows you to screen your incoming calls. If someone calls you that is not on your Selective Call Acceptance list, they will hear an announcement that the called party does not wish to receive the call. This is great for families who want to enjoy a quiet dinner together without being interrupted by those annoying sales calls. 

Selective Call Rejection ($4.00 per month)

Selective Call Rejection lets you choose up to 4 numbers you wish to have "rejected" or blocked. If a caller from your Selective Call Rejection list calls, they will hear a recorded announcement that the called party does not wish to receive the call. Now you can choose who you want to talk to and who you do not. 

Three Way Calling ($1.75 per month)

Three Way Calling allows you to talk to two different people at the same time. You may now add a second person to your call. To use three way calling:

1. Put your first call on hold by pressing and releasing the receiver button.
2. Wait for three brief tones, followed by a dial tone.
3. Dial your next number.
4. When the party answers, press and release the receiver button, all three parties will be connected.
5. If you do not get an answer or the line is busy, press and release the receiver button twice to return to your first call.

Call Forwarding ($1.75 per month)

Call Forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another number. It's great for anyone who doesn't want to miss important calls. To set up call forwarding:

1. Pick up the receiver, listen for a dial tone.
2. Dial *72 (Rotary dial 1172).
3. Listen for a second dial tone.
4. Dial the number where you want the call to go.
5. When someone answers, call forwarding is set up.
6. If the line is busy or not answered, simply repeat the above process within two (2) minutes to set up call forwarding. You will receive confirmation tones.

Outgoing calls can still be made from an active call forwarding phone. However, incoming calls will give a short ring signal indicating the call has been forwarded.

You may forward your calls to long distance numbers. However, the long distance charges will be billed to your number.


Selective Call Forwarding ($2.00 per month)

Selective Call Forwarding allows you to forward only those important calls to another location. Those incoming calls not on your Selective Call Forwarding list will be treated as any other call. Now you will never miss that vital call when you're not at home.

To activate Selective Call Forwarding dial *63 (Rotary dial 1163) and follow the recorded instructions.


Simultaneous Ring (No charge)

Sim Ring will simultaneously ring your cellular phone, home phone or business phone so regardless of where you are you'll always get the call.
