What charges appear on my bill?


Your bill contains charges for monthly service, airtime charges (if you exceed your plan minutes), any applicable roaming charges, and any optional feature charges such as insurance or unlimited SMS text messaging. Your statement will also include all applicable taxes and govenement imposed fees. Your very first bill will also include a one-time activation fee, if applicable. Although there isn't a fee to upgrade or downgrade your plan, changing your plan can impact your monthly statement due to either a credit (if you downgrade) or an additional amount due (if you upgrade).
